Our Approach

We know that content development goes beyond writing. It is also about strategy, competitor analysis, market research, search strategy (SEO, AEO, and GEO), analytics, and project management. It is also about people management – particularly where multiple stakeholders are involved. These are all things we bring to the table, alongside our extensive publishing experience.

We work closely with you to understand your unique needs and business objectives. Every project begins with a thorough discovery process. This ensures that the strategy we develop and the content we create aligns with your business goals, audience needs, and stakeholder expectations.

We work remotely, and schedule meetings using Zoom or Teams. We tend to use Google Drive to share documents and deliver content, but can also use Microsoft SharePoint. This encourages collaboration and ensures a seamless workflow. We also draw up a Project Brief for each project, which all key stakeholders have access to. This includes the background, aims, content requirements, and measures of success for the project. It also helps us track and monitor progress in an open and transparent way.

We usually work with clients on a ‘X days per month’ retainer model, to provide ongoing support for your digital content needs. But we also take on some one-off content projects. These have included social media audits, competition research, blogging strategy, podcasting strategy, and writing a series of PDF author guides.

We pride ourselves on being responsive and reliable – typically replying within 24 hours. We maintain regular communication and deliver content according to agreed schedules, with flexibility built in for urgent requests or shifting priorities.
